973 Carmen St., Lucena City, Quezon

This is the house of my sister, Mylene S. Redor, and family at 973 Carmen St., H. Capistrano Compound, Lucena City, Quezon, Philippines.

You can see from the date of when the pictures were taken. No changes are made on the house itself except for the roof... which has been a long-overdue project: to change from the original wooden scaffold and GI sheets to steel beams and long-span roofing. That was/is the plan.

The old GI sheets (and its orientation in relation to the house) could be seen in the upper photo; plus the outline of the soon to rise (and raised) roofing.

Then, they decided to change the fence also to go along with the construction of the roof. These pictures show the before and during reconstruction. The lower picture shows the new entry gate into the residence.
