Elaine and I went to Roxas City, Capiz - the seafood capital of the Philippines to visit a friend, spay his German Shepherd and his friend's Rottweiler, see the city and of course, sample their seafoods...this is the sumptuous oyster ("talaba")...
the perfectly grilled squid stuffed with tomatoes and onions...
the broiled-just-right crabs...
the sizzling fish tanguigue...
And the butter-onion-ed shrimps...
